Returns & Exchanges

Please follow all instructions below when returning/exchanging merchandise:  

If merchandise arrives damaged or is defective, please call (512) LUV-BEES before completing these steps. 

  1. We offer a one-time exchange on clothing for size or style, the customer is responsible for any cost difference between items exchanged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all other returned items. The cost of any prepaid return shipping label(s) will be deducted from the return refund unless waived by a White River Bee Supply employee and noted on your return authorization.

  3. Fill out our return form completely and include a copy of the confirmation email with your return. 
  4. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt 
  5. Items must be in ‘Like New’ condition. Items not in ‘Like New’ condition will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or more depending on the state of the items returned. 
  6. We are unable to accept and returns on items purchased through Amazon.com or any other 3rd party.  
  7. We are unable to accept returns on hazardous materials and medications. 
  8. White River Bee Supply is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please keep a copy of your tracking information and we recommend that you include shipping insurance on returns. 

Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise 

If the product is received damaged, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. To process the claim and issue a refund or replacement, photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged merchandise are required. Please do not discard the merchandise or the original packaging, as UPS may need to pick up and inspect the items.

If items arrive damaged, are defective, or the wrong merchandise was sent, please use our Damaged/Defective/Wrong Item Form to report the issue. Issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt.

In situations where White River Bee Supply is shipping another product to you as a replacement for damaged or incorrect product, there will be an additional charge for the new product sent, and a credit will be applied at the time of the return of the incorrect/damaged product. If the return is not received within 14 days from when the new product is sent, the payment method on the original order will be charged for the new product. The payment will not be refunded until the return is received.
